How Do I Sign Up For Service?

It’s easy. Just call SCOOPERMAN at (704) 953-5453 and you'll be signed up in minutes. We're usually out scooping during the day (since its hard to see at night), but we are slowly accepting technology and can take you calls all day via something called BlueTooth. I just hope the string to the can is long enough! If you choose just leave a message. My phone number acceps text messaages too. It's up to you.  If you choose to leave a phone message please, please speak slowly and clearly. We'll get right back to you, usually the same day.

How Often Does SCOOPERMAN Make Service Calls?

Some clients that have one dog prefer to have their lawn serviced once a week. Those who have two or more dogs or have children using the yard normally have service twice a week. Other schedules are available. SCOOPERMAN will be happy to give you a custom quote.

Is It Possible To Get One-Time Service?

Sure! One time-only or short-term service may be easily arranged.  Many homes that are on the market for sale choose this option. Nothing upsets and scares off a buyer like Poo On The Shoe!

What If I Skip A Service Day? 

If you need to skip a service day, 24 hours notice is required to avoid being charged for the scheduled visit. If the dog will be gone for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your service for a day or more, we can put the service on hold. You will not be charged for those days. 

However, if your gate is locked, blocked by debrie, snow/ice, or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.


What Are SCOOPERMAN’S Hours Of Operation?

 

We work Monday - Friday, during the daylight hours. Saturdays are by appointment only and are also for making up any missed service calls.  However, Scooperman is always on dooty to take your phone calls.

 

Do I Have To Be There When SCOOPERMAN Is?

 

No. Most of our clients work during the day and find it difficult to be home for our service visits. However, for your first service visit, a "get acquainted" meeting is required. We will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet you and your dog(s).

 

Should I Unlock My Gate? 

Yes. Although capable, SCOOPERMAN is not allowed to climb or jump over fences. Please have your gate unlocked on your service day or provide us with a key or combonation.  Also, please have sprinklers off during our service visit time!

Can SCOOPERMAN Work With My Dog(s) In The Yard?

In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs. However, there are some cases when a dog will not let SCOOPERMAN into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we will ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don’t want to take unnecessary risk with your dog or our employees.

How Will I Know It’s SCOOPERMAN In My Yard?

All SCOOPERMAN representatives wear white polo golf shirts with the SCOOPERMAN logo on the front pocket as well as on the back of the shirt, khaki shorts or pants & a matching ball cap. They are friendly, professional and courteous. Company vehicles also have the SCOOPERMAN logo and are easily identifiable.

What If It Rains or Snows?

SCOOPERMAN works in most weather conditions.  Extreme conditions may cause us to postpone or cancel a service visit. 

What About Holidays?

 

SCOOPERMAN is Off- Dooty on major holidays.

  

When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will service your lawn the day before or the day after the holiday. Service returns to the regular day the following week.

This guarantee is for your grass only. Natural areas, mulch, and some types of playgorund coverings can make it nearly impossible to see. My X-Ray vision is not as good as it once was!
