  • (if the lawn has been throughly cleaned within 7 day of stratup the fee is waved)
  • One Time and Seasonal Cleanup $40 per 1/2 hour.

The first cleaning and one time cleaning must be paid at the time of service along with a pro rated price for the remainder of the month’s service visits. After that, we will send an invoice either by mail or Email on the15th of each month for payment of the next month’s service. There are no contracts to sign. There is no minimum service period, hovever there is a 24 hour advance notice required to cancel services.  We can start and stop your service anytime over the phone.
